Hilit Gordon Design is a boutique event design and creative studio specializing in bespoke event concepts, styling, floral design, spatial design, branding, and creative production.

All projects are individually developed and tailored to the specific event, venue, client brief, and agreed budget.

Proposals & Bookings

Submitting an inquiry through the website does not constitute a confirmed booking.

A project is considered confirmed only after:

the scope of work and commercial terms have been agreed;
the client has signed the relevant agreement or proposal; and
the required deposit has been received.

Event dates are subject to availability and are not reserved until the booking process has been completed.

Pricing

Any pricing shown or discussed prior to a formal proposal is indicative only.

Final pricing depends on the event requirements, venue, guest count, design complexity, materials, florals, rentals, logistics, installation, dismantling, staffing, transportation, and any additional services requested.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of VAT and any applicable taxes.

Changes & Additional Requests

Changes requested after approval of a proposal, design, or production plan may result in additional costs.

Any additions, upgrades, changes in quantities, venue requirements, guest count, timing, logistics, or production specifications may be subject to revised pricing and availability.

Creative Direction

Hilit Gordon Design develops each event according to an agreed creative concept and overall visual language.

Due to the nature of floral design, handcrafted elements, natural materials, seasonal products, and supplier availability, exact replication of reference images cannot always be guaranteed.

Substitutions may be made when necessary while maintaining the overall style, quality, and creative direction of the approved design.

Intellectual Property

All original concepts, designs, mood boards, drawings, layouts, graphics, presentations, photographs, styling concepts, creative proposals, and other materials created by Hilit Gordon Design remain the intellectual property of Hilit Gordon Design unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Such materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared with third-party suppliers, commercially used, or implemented by another designer or production company without prior written permission.

Photography & Publication

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Hilit Gordon Design may photograph completed projects and use photographs and video footage of its design work for portfolio purposes, social media, editorial submissions, press, marketing, advertising, and website content.

Where appropriate, client privacy will be respected.

Third-Party Suppliers

Certain services or elements may be provided by external suppliers, venues, contractors, florists, rental companies, printers, production teams, photographers, or other third parties.
